Welcome to Events Planner Hub. When you access, and utilize our site, eventsplannerhub.pk and our decoration services in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, you consent to the terms and conditions given here in. These words refer to all visitors, clients, and users, who come into contact with our site and services. You should carefully read them and then make your booking or utilize our services.
Acceptance of Terms
Through making a reservation of an event, browsing through our site or interacting with our team, you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. In case you are not in agreement, then we would like to ask you not to use our services.
Our Services
Events Planner Hub is an organization that focuses on decoration of events in the form of weddings, nikah, mehndi, birthday, corporate events and university events in Rawalpindi, Islamabad. Details, pricing and scope of services are conveyed to the client prior to confirmation. Our team should be notified about any change in design or requirements.
Booking & Payment Policy
Any booking must be confirmed in advance by means of calling, messaging or e-mail.
A booking can only be valid when there is an advance payment (which is agreed upon) made.
The balance of payment should be cleared prior to or on the day of the event.
The decoration work has started and the payments cannot be refunded.
Cancellations & Refunds
In case a client cancel a booking at least 7 days prior to the event, 50 percent of the advance will be refunded. Advance will not be refundable in the cases where the cancellation is done less than 7 days before the event. Events Planner Hub may cancel any booking under unforeseen circumstances (weather, emergency, technical issues, etc.). In this event, a complete refund of the advance will be made.
Client Responsibilities
Customers are obliged to give the correct event specifications including date, venue, timing and preferable theme. The client should seek permission (where necessary) with the venue management to decorate, use lights or set up. Any harm that is created by the guests to decorations shall be the liability of the client.
Changes & Modifications
Any adjustments in the themes of decoration, designs or needs are to be notified at least 5 days prior to the event. Changes made at the last minute can be charged extra.
Use of Images & Media
Events Planner Hub can take pictures or videos of the set up of events to be used as a marketing tool. In case a client does not want his or her event to be used at promotions, it should notify us in writing at least a month before the event.
Limitation of Liability
Although we guarantee the quality decoration services, the Events Planner Hub will not be responsible of problems that are not within our control (e.g., power compliance, restriction of a venue, weather conditions, etc.). We do not control delays by third-party vendors or service providers.
Intellectual Property
Events planner hub is the owner of all the web content, logos, designs, and images used on the site. No copies, reproductions or use of them are allowed without authorization.
Privacy Policy
The events planner hub can take pictures or videos of the setup of the events to market them. In case a client does not want his or her event to be used in promotions, he/she should write before hand to us.
Termination of Services
Events Planner Hub will have the right to refuse or cancel services when a client does not pay according to our terms, acts abusively towards employees and breaches payment policies.
Governing Law
The laws of Pakistan control these Terms and Conditions. Cases that emerge between the client and the Events Planner Hub will be addressed in the authority of the courts at Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
Updates to Terms
Events Planner Hub can change these Terms and Conditions any time. Clients are called on to periodically revisit this page in order to be updated on our policies.
